Hydraulics

The LVTM pump, featuring centrifugal-type hydraulics with an open three-channel impeller, ensures maximum efficiency even in the presence of dense slurry.

Chopping System

The chopping system, with dual front and rear shearing discs, guarantees effective management of fibrous slurry, completely preventing the tangling caused by long fibers.

Transmission

The transmission, lubricated in an oil bath with widia-widia mechanical seals, provides high protection for the transmission components both from contact with the pumped liquid and from potential accidental dry running, in addition to extreme component longevity.

Discharge Pipe

The discharge pipe, equipped with an adjustable mixing nozzle and available with an optional hydraulic actuator, allows for powerful and effective homogenization of the sediments in the liquid to be treated, facilitating pumping operations.

Mixing Propeller

The mixing propeller performs precise localized mixing simultaneously with the pumping phase.

Trolley

The trolley with a tractor lift attachment, available as an accessory, allows for the transport and flexible positioning of the pump at various points, ensuring considerable versatility.

Metallurgy

The pump body and the impeller are made of ductile cast iron, while the shearing discs are made of hardened steel. The shaft, mixer impeller, and fasteners are made of stainless steel, while the frame is available in both stainless steel and optional hot-dip galvanized. This offers maximum resistance to corrosion and wear in livestock effluents, ensuring long-term durability.
