Hydraulics

The LKE pump, featuring centrifugal-type hydraulics with an open three-channel impeller, ensures maximum efficiency even in the presence of dense slurry.

Crushing System

The crushing system, equipped with double front and rear shearing discs, guarantees effectiveness in managing fibrous slurry, completely preventing tangling caused by long fibers.

Transmission

The transmission, lubricated in an oil bath with widia-widia mechanical seals, provides high protection for the transmission components as well as extreme longevity of its components.

Metallurgy

The pump body and impeller are made of ductile cast iron, while the shearing discs are made of hardened steel. The shaft, the frame in contact with the liquid, and the fasteners are made of stainless steel. This ensures maximum resistance to corrosion and wear in livestock effluents, guaranteeing long-term durability.
