Hydraulics

The LSE pump, featuring centrifugal-type hydraulics with an open three-channel impeller, ensures maximum efficiency even in the presence of dense slurry.

Crushing System

The crushing system, equipped with double front and rear shearing discs, guarantees effectiveness in managing fibrous slurry, completely preventing tangling caused by long fibers.

Transmission

The transmission, lubricated in an oil bath with widia-widia mechanical seals, provides high protection for the transmission components against contact with the pumped liquid and potential accidental dry running, in addition to extreme longevity of its components.

Electric Motor

The submersible electric motor is carefully designed to withstand use in aggressive liquids. Liquid level detection probes in the oil and thermal sensors contribute to making the motor extremely reliable by signaling any anomalies through an electronic device installed in the electrical panel.

Metallurgy

The pump body and impeller are made of ductile cast iron, while the shearing discs are made of hardened steel. The shaft, frame, and fasteners are made of stainless steel. This ensures maximum resistance to corrosion and wear in livestock effluents, guaranteeing long-term durability.
